Kevin Smithson

Kevin Smithson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Philips since October 2017, Kevin specializes in self-automation tools for AWS and CloudFoundry, alongside developing dashboards and implementing WireGuard VPN solutions. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions at Sazze, including Vice President and Director of Product Development, where Kevin was instrumental in designing software solutions and leading UI/UX A/B testing initiatives. Kevin co-founded and served as CTO and CEO of Whym App, also contributing as CEO and Co-Founder at Pocketly. Earlier roles include programming HVAC controllers at Johnson Controls and Southland Industries, alongside foundational positions in customer service and technical support. Kevin's educational background includes studies at San Jose State University and Cañada College.
