Monique Bijl

Monique Bijl is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce strategy. Currently serving as Total Workforce Strategy Lead and TA Business Partner for Enabling Functions at Philips since December 2019, Monique contributes to the development of the TA and Total Workforce Demand Management strategy, while also overseeing the external workforce strategy and its global implementation. Prior to Philips, Monique held key roles at Nike, including Talent Acquisition Manager for Nike Direct and Corporate Functions in Europe, where strategic leadership in recruitment and talent management was emphasized. Earlier career experiences include managing consulting at Badenoch & Clark and procurement and supply chain management at Michael Page. Monique holds a Master of Arts in Arbeid- en Organisatie Psychologie from Tilburg University.
