Spencer Paarlberg

Spencer Paarlberg is a Product Quality Engineer at Philips since July 2022, bringing substantial experience in quality assurance and engineering from previous roles at Cepheid and Gentex Corporation. At Cepheid, Spencer served as a Quality Assurance Engineer, while earlier at Gentex Corporation, Spencer held positions as a Chemical Development Engineer and Production Support Engineer, focusing on electrochromic device development and production operations. In addition to developing automated LabVIEW testing systems and addressing quality concerns through root-cause analysis and Six Sigma methodologies, Spencer gained valuable insights during internships at Gentex Corporation and Pfizer. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering, Spencer has built a diverse skill set in interfacing with various testing and manufacturing systems.
