Amber Loomis

Amber Loomis is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in digital IT operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Digital IT Field Operations for Phillips 66 since June 2012, Amber leads a team that ensures critical IT infrastructure and systems for the Bayway Refinery and its associated locations in the East Region. Responsibilities include managing the regional IT budget, overseeing cybersecurity resilience, and providing 24x7 support for critical systems. Amber's previous roles include Project Controls Analyst for digital transformation initiatives and various IT positions at ConocoPhillips. Amber holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems with a minor in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
