Andrew Dullas

Andrew Dullas is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and project management, currently serving as Tank Project Director and Project Manager in the Storage Tank Division at Phillips 66 since April 2012. Previously, Andrew held various roles at ConocoPhillips, including Maintenance Reliability Engineer and Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing and executing over 50 capital projects. Andrew's technical expertise extends to overseeing refinery tank networks, providing engineering support for tank maintenance and modifications, and ensuring project compliance and safety as a Field Engineer. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, obtained in 2005.
