Brent Griffy

Brent Griffy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, IT operations, and legal support within the energy sector. Currently, Brent serves as the Director of Project Management COE and Director of iPMO Resource Management at Phillips 66, where responsibilities include developing resource management strategies and overseeing project staffing for innovative transformations. Previous roles at Phillips 66 encompass managing various IT operations and support teams, leading ERP implementation projects, and overseeing project demands. Brent’s career also includes significant contributions to ConocoPhillips and the Huron Consulting Group, along with a foundational role in legal support during service in the US Army's Judge Advocate General's Corps. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management of Information Systems from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
