Catherine Roullet

Catherine Roullet, CPA, ERP, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting within the energy sector. Currently serving as an Accounting Policy Senior Consultant at Phillips 66 since November 2016, Catherine provides senior advisory on a variety of technical accounting topics, including business combinations, ESG, and revenue recognition. Previous roles at Phillips 66 include managing FP&A teams and overseeing finance operations at the Sweeny refinery. Prior to Phillips 66, Catherine held leadership positions at bp, where responsibilities included head of derivatives reporting and technical accounting, as well as advisory roles on complex structured deals. Catherine's early career involved a senior manager role at Deloitte, specializing in commodity derivatives, and a managerial position at Deloitte & Touche France. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Finance from ESCP Business School and has foundational education in Mathematics and Physics from Lycée Blaise Pascal and Lycée Saint Louis.
