Adam Stubbs

Adam Stubbs has extensive experience in finance and strategic project leadership, notably serving as the Western European Finance Lead for Integration and Strategic Projects at Carlsberg Group from April 2018 to January 2024, where key achievements included overseeing procurement synergies and leading a SAP implementation. As Chief Financial Officer of a joint venture between Carlsberg Group and Marston’s PLC, Adam contributed to significant M&A transactions and strategic brand relaunch initiatives. Currently, as a Non-Executive Director at Innserve Ltd, Adam participates in governance and remuneration committees. Previously, at Tate & Lyle, Adam held roles as Divisional Finance Director and Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, focusing on change management and performance analytics. Adam is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, educated at the University of Warwick.
