Jane Gasdaska has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as GM of Business Transformation at Phillips 66 since March 2010. In this role, Jane leads change activities across various business, digital, and cultural transformation projects. Previous positions at Phillips 66 included GM of US Product Supply & Distribution, where Jane optimized the product supply chain, and GM of Planning and Optimization for U.S. Fuels Marketing. Jane's earlier roles at ConocoPhillips involved managing East Coast clean product supply and distribution and developing strategies for a $20B organization.
