Joe Frontha, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and structural engineering, particularly within the natural gas and oil transmission sectors. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Midstream Integrated Project Review at Phillips 66 since May 2019, Joe focuses on optimization strategies for capital growth and sustaining projects. Previously, Joe held various roles including Project Manager for Major Projects at Gulf Interstate Engineering, where responsibilities included defining project scopes and preparing cost estimates for high-pressure transmission pipelines and related facilities. With early career positions at companies such as S&B Infrastructure and Buckeye Partners, and a solid educational background that includes a BSCE from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas, Joe brings a comprehensive skill set and a proven track record in engineering project execution.
