Mark Garner is an experienced Plant Manager currently overseeing operations at the Dos Picos Gas Plant for Phillips 66, following the company's acquisition of Pinnacle Midstream. Mark has previously held the position of Plant Manager at Pinnacle Midstream II LLC and Gas Plant Supervisor at Anadarko/Oxy/Western Midstream, where responsibilities included directing operations and maintenance at the Western Midstream Mentone Cryogenic Gas Plant.
