Raymond Domingue

Raymond Domingue is an accomplished Chief Scientist with extensive experience in the refining and chemical industries. Currently, Raymond serves as a Chief Scientist at both Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips, providing expertise in refining research, crude assay, and elemental lab technical support since 2012 and 2011, respectively. Previous roles include Senior Process Engineering Specialist and Senior Scientist/Engineer at Sunoco, where analytical techniques were developed and laboratory quality procedures were instituted, as well as Senior Research Chemist at Mobil Oil, focusing on hydroprocessing and refinery support. Additionally, Raymond held positions at Spectral Sciences, Inc. and IBM, specializing in instrument development and analytical chemistry. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Stanford University and a BS in Chemistry-Physics from the University of Vermont.
