Shawn Fanning

Shawn Fanning has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Supervisor of HR Connections at Phillips 66 since July 2013, with prior roles including Associate HR Business Partner, Absence Management Team Lead Advisor, Benefits Associate, Customer Service Representative, and Occupational Health Associate. Before joining Phillips 66, Shawn worked as Clerk III at Cherokee Nation from November 2011 to July 2013. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Rogers State University and a High School Diploma from Nowata High School.
