Joshua Frakes

Joshua Frakes began their career in 2016 as an Information Technology Intern at Telogis, A Verizon Company. In 2017, they became a Store Associate at Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop, where they assisted with general store functions and managerial activities. In 2020, they joined CVS Health as an Associate / Pharmacy Technician / Vaccine Greater. Most recently in 2021, they joined Phillips Connect as a Field Engineer, Installation Specialist, and QC / RMA / Installation Support. In these roles, they have been involved with product deployment and maintenance of IoT devices, supported design and implementation of installation and troubleshooting processes, and performed tasks to maintain and improve product quality.

Joshua Frakes attended the University of California, Irvine - School of Social Ecology from 2016 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Social Behavior.
