Vickie Gibbs

Vickie Gibbs serves as the Chief Nursing Officer, Risk Manager, and Quality Director at Phillips County Health Systems since July 2015. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Tabor College, Vickie also works as a Registered Nurse and Paramedic at Phillips County Emergency Medical Services since December 1998. Additionally, Vickie holds a position on the Phillipsburg City Council for Phillipsburg, City of from November 2019 to January 2024. Vickie obtained an Associates Degree in Nursing from Colby Community College and is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) at Barton Community College.
