Ryan Faulstick

Ryan Faulstick began their work experience in 2004 at Centex Homes, where they worked as a Field Manager. Ryan was responsible for preconstruction documents, managing contracts and subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders. In 2009, they joined Fabricated Wood Products as a Sales representative before transitioning to Met-Con Construction in 2010. At Met-Con, they served as an Estimator/Project Manager, providing estimates, managing budgets, and developing schedules for commercial construction projects. In 2012, they joined Boston Beer Company as an Account Manager and later became a Key Account Manager. In 2015, they moved to The Boston Beer Company as an Area Sales Manager and was promoted to Region Manager in 2016. Currently, in 2022, they are working as the Senior Director of Sales at Phillips Distilling Company.

Ryan Faulstick attended Iowa Lakes Community College from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, they enrolled at Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2001 to 2003, completing their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
