Bob Edmonds

Bob Edmonds has extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Services at Phillips Edison & Company since October 2006. Prior to this role, Bob held positions as Sr. Leasing Manager and National Accounts Manager at Heritage Property Investment Trust from October 1996 to October 2006. Bob graduated from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Real Estate Finance in 1984.
