Walter Krzywicki

Walter Krzywicki, MAI, AI-GRS, serves as the Vice President and Senior Real Estate Services Valuation Manager at WSFS Bank since January 2021. With extensive experience in real estate appraisal, Walter previously held the position of Director and Certified General Appraiser at Benchmark Appraisal Group from July 2017 to January 2021, and has also served as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at BB&T and a Sr. Staff Appraiser/AVP at First Niagara Financial Group. Walter possesses expertise in the valuation of diverse property types, including commercial and residential real estate, and has taught appraisal principles at the Schlicher Kratz Institute. Walter holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania and has gained substantial knowledge in complex property valuations throughout their career.
