Dave Wik has over a decade of experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Phillips Edison & Company since May 2010. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Director of Acquisitions at Midland Atlantic Development from April 2006 to April 2010. Dave earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, completing the program between 1993 and 1997.
