Goutham Vulpala

Goutham Vulpala is a technology leader with extensive experience in the information technology sector, particularly in enterprise applications and digital transformation within the real estate industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Phillips Edison & Company, Goutham drives innovation at the intersection of real estate and artificial intelligence. Previously held various leadership roles at Citi, including Associate Vice President and Application Development Group Manager, where Goutham was responsible for the technology and operational aspects of the ATM self-service channel across North America. Further experience includes a tenure at NetCracker, leading a global team of developers, and roles at Cincinnati Bell focusing on development leadership and project management. Goutham holds an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s degree in Industrial Controls from The University of Akron.
