John Caulfield

John Caulfield is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the real estate and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Phillips Edison & Company since March 2014, John oversees Finance, Capital Markets, Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, Risk Management, and Internal Audit, leading a team of approximately 100 employees. Prior to this role, John held notable positions at CyrusOne as Vice President of Treasurer and Investor Relations, where contributions included managing the most successful REIT IPO in 15 years, and at Cincinnati Bell in various capacities that encompassed Investor Relations and Capital Markets. John began his career at KPMG US as a Senior Assurance Associate, specializing in audits for SEC and non-SEC clients. John holds an MBA and a BBA in Accounting from Xavier University.
