Kelly Kerby

Kelly Kerby has extensive experience in the real estate and marketing sectors, having worked at Phillips Edison & Company since September 2006. Positions held there include Leasing Technology Manager, Leasing Specialist, Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Leasing Marketing Assistant. Kelly also served as Chapel Coordinator/Event Support at Eventurous, Inc. from September 2009 to April 2012 and worked as a Marketing & Events Intern at the Cancer Support Community for a brief period in 2006. Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Commercial Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, earned in 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Public Relations from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2006.
