Tom Wellman

Tom Wellman has been working as a Senior Property Manager at Phillips Edison & Company since June 2015, overseeing properties in Indiana and Michigan. Prior to that, Tom held various roles at Brixmor Property Group, including VP Property Management West and Vice President of PM Central Region. Tom graduated from Marian University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration.
