Agussalim Cide has diverse experiences in various roles, particularly in quality control and fisheries management. Currently, at Phillips Foods, Agussalim is responsible for controlling the arrival and unloading of crab meat. Previously, as a FIP Facilitator for Mud Crab Kei at WWF Indonesia, Agussalim ensured the effective implementation of fisheries improvement projects. The role as Field Officer for KAPABEL involved capacity building for climate change action groups. Earlier experience includes communication and data collection roles with WWF Indonesia and marketing positions at Cordova Indonesia and Arifah Laundry. Agussalim holds a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Resource Utilization from Universitas Hasanuddin and completed education at SMK Negeri 2 Pinrang.
