Lee Haniford

Lee Haniford is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Phillips Infrastructure Corp. since April 2018, Lee previously held the position of Human Resources Director. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Sea Ray Boats, overseeing a non-union plant manufacturing fiberglass recreational boats, and multiple HR Manager roles at Alcoa, including management of HR in transportation products and a non-union manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. Lee began the career as a Learning and Development Specialist and Campus Recruiter after earning a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizations from Miami University.
