Chris Tester

Chris Tester has over 25 years of experience in the property management and maintenance industry. Currently serving as Senior Regional Service Manager at Phillips Management Group since March 2011, Chris previously held the role of Area Service Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Maintenance Supervisor at MarketPlace Management from May 2008 to March 2011 and at Equity Residential from May 2001 to May 2006. Chris began a career in maintenance as a Maintenance Technician at Frye Properties Inc from June 1996 to May 2001.
