Elizabeth Anne Richardson Caps, Cam

Elizabeth Anne Richardson, CAPS, CAM has a diverse background in property management and marketing. Elizabeth Anne currently serves as the Director Of Operations at Phillips Management Group, where they have been since July 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Property Manager at the same company starting in August 2016.

Before their time at Phillips Management Group, Richardson worked as a Regional Manager at McKinley, Inc. from December 2014 to June 2016. Elizabeth Anne also held the position of Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Signature Property Group, Inc. from September 2013 to December 2014.

Richardson's previous experience includes roles such as Senior Regional Sales Director at McKinley, Inc. from July 2012 to September 2013, Regional Marketing Coordinator at WinnCompanies from June 2011 to March 2012, and Director of Marketing at RE Carroll Management from February 2008 to June 2011.

Elizabeth Anne'squalifications were further enhanced in February 2014, when they achieved the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certification, also granted by the National Apartment Association.
