Donald Pape is the President of Donald A. Pape, PC and has served as Of Counsel at Phillips Murrah, P.C. since March 1994. Pape holds a B.A. in Journalism and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where studies took place from 1971 to 1973.
