Heather L. Hintz is a litigation attorney, Director and Co-chair of the Firm’s Appellate Practice Group. She primarily represents banks, commercial entities and municipalities in litigation in state and federal courts with an emphasis on protecting hard-fought rulings throughout the appeals process.
