Kayla Kuri is a highly experienced transactional attorney currently serving as Director at Phillips Murrah since March 2021, specializing in a variety of commercial and business matters including mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. Prior to this role, Kayla worked as an Associate Attorney at Hall Estill from September 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included negotiating commercial contracts and preparing SEC compliance filings. Kayla began forming a solid legal foundation as a legal intern and summer associate at firms such as Goolsby, Proctor, Heefner & Gibbs, and Foshee & Yaffe Law, in addition to serving as a judicial extern for Honorable Robert Bacharach in the Tenth Circuit.
