Giovanni Marchese

Giovanni Marchese is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in machining, culinary arts, and engineering. Currently serving as a CNC Applications Engineer and Toolmaker/R&D Machinist at Phillips Precision Medicraft since July 2008, Giovanni has previously held positions as Head Chef at Due Nicola Ristorante from November 2001 to June 2008, and as a Machinist at Biwal, where work included operating lathes with various metals, including titanium. Earlier experience includes mold making for crystal production at Procentese Crystal and hydraulic system modification at Officina Schillaci. Giovanni's career began with a year of service in the Italian Army, where culinary skills were honed as a chef for the general. Giovanni holds an education from Istituto Alberghiero Pallavicino, completed in 1995.
