Roger Halberg

Roger Halberg is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and design, currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer at Phillips and Temro Industries since February 2013. Over the years, Roger has held key roles including Senior Project Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Starkey Labs, where significant contributions were made to the development of custom hearing devices, including the first series of wireless custom hearing aids. Roger's career also includes positions as Manager of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Engineer at Starkey Labs, as well as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at TRW, where involvement in various underhood and in-cabin device projects took place. Roger began the professional journey as a Product Design Engineer at Lucas-Varity and as a PC Board Designer at Lake Center Industries, building a solid foundation with educational credentials from Gogebic Community College.
