Alejandra Cespedes, CPA, possesses extensive experience in finance and operations, having held significant leadership roles at various organizations. As Vice President of Finance and Operations at Starbridge, Alejandra managed a finance team, oversaw critical accounting operations, and successfully facilitated a merger. In previous roles, including Director of Finance and Operations at DeJoy, Knauf & Blood, LLP, and Director of Grant Management and Accounting at AIDS Care, responsibilities encompassed budget preparation, financial analysis, compliance, and team management.
