Frans Van Boxtel

Frans Van Boxtel is a retired Projectleader in HRM for M&A at Philips, where they led strategic and operational HR processes related to business in- and divestments. They served as an HR Manager at Philips General System Components and Philips Power Management, successfully implementing HR policies and managing restructuring processes. Prior to their tenure at Philips, they were an Employee Relations Manager at PD Magnetics BV, where they developed HR, environmental, and safety policies. Frans earned a BS in Social Studies from Breda University of Applied Sciences from 1975 to 1979.
