Giovanna Rotondaro

Giovanna Rotondaro serves as Global Privacy Legal Counsel at Philips, starting December 2022, where responsibilities include providing legal support for privacy within the Personal Health business, overseeing the implementation of the Global Privacy Legal Program, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and relevant data protection laws. Prior to this role, Giovanna was an Associate Lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Advogados from July 2013 to November 2022, specializing in privacy and data protection, consumer law, regulatory matters, and intellectual property, while also managing complex legal proceedings and conducting due diligence for M&A deals. Giovanna's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Law and Technology from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, complemented by additional coursework at Stanford Law School.
