Ikaro Silva

Ikaro Silva is a Senior Research Scientist at Philips Research North America, where they are involved in advanced research related to biosignal processing and statistical signal processing. Previously, Ikaro held various positions, including Research Affiliate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Post-doctoral Associate at the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, and Senior Algorithm and Data Science Engineer at MC10 Inc. Ikaro earned a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering, both with a concentration in Signal Processing, from Northeastern University. Their earlier experience includes roles at The MathWorks, Auditory Prostheses and Communications Lab, and Auditory Modeling and Processing Laboratory, where they contributed to innovations in hearing technologies and signal processing.
