Joost Hofker

Joost Hofker is currently the Senior Director of M&A Integration and Disentanglement at Philips, where they are accountable for the end-to-end process and systems carve-out of a business unit. Previously, Joost held several key positions at Philips, including Internal Audit Director, Senior Director Business Transformation, and Director Business Transformation, where they led global initiatives to simplify processes and improve customer experience. Earlier in their career, Joost also served as a Student Consultant at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Joost is pursuing their education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
