Koos Dekker

Koos Dekker is currently the Head of Operations Brand Licensing at Philips, where they oversee strategic initiatives in brand licensing. They have an extensive history with Philips, having held various leadership roles in consumer care, quality, and sustainability in brand licensing since 1985. Dekker previously served as a Program Manager and Industrial Project Manager in Philips Components and held senior director positions in both Consumer Lifestyle and Domestic Appliances. They earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, graduating in 1985.
