Kyle Undesser

Kyle Undesser, BSME, MBA, is a seasoned engineering and operations leader with 19 years of experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Sustaining Engineering Manager at Philips, Kyle manages a team focused on margin improvement and lifecycle management for Class II and III medical devices. Previously, Kyle held roles at Abbott and Donaldson, where they contributed to process development and manufacturing engineering, successfully driving continuous improvement and cost reductions. Kyle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and an MBA from Bethel University.
