Lala Gumede

Lala Gumede serves as the Sales Operations Lead for South East and West African Districts at Philips since September 2015, with previous experience as a Quote and Tender Specialist, where responsibilities included generating quotes, compiling reports, and managing tender administration. Prior to Philips, Lala worked as a Programme Manager at Hospitality Dynamics, overseeing call center operations and reporting, and held the position of Call Center Manager and Acting Sales Manager at Mango Airlines, where duties encompassed revenue monitoring, report creation, and client relations. Lala is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management at Regent Business School, following the completion of a Diploma in Business Management from IIE Varsity College in 2013.
