Rajat Jain

Rajat Jain is a Commercial Excellence Leader with 14 years of experience focused on customer-centric growth. They started their career as a Business Intelligence Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, followed by internships at GE, where they graduated from a leadership program. Rajat has since held significant roles at notable companies, including Ecommerce Leader at GE Appliances and EMEA CRM Program Leader at KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe, successfully driving strategic initiatives and enhancing customer experience. Currently, Rajat serves as a Sr. Program Manager for Sales Excellence & Customer Success at Philips. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.
