Rayna Nola

Rayna Nola is a transformation leader and program management director with extensive experience in engineering, manufacturing, team leadership, quality, and regulatory affairs. Previously, Rayna worked at organizations such as Philips and Stryker, managing critical projects aimed at improving quality systems and operational efficiency. Rayna holds an MBA from Villanova University and dual bachelor's degrees in bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Currently, Rayna leads organizational redesign efforts and manages clinical excellence programs at Philips.
