Roel Boonen

Roel Boonen is a seasoned finance leader with 19 years of experience in international business control, performance management, strategy development, and fiscal matters. They currently serve as the Head of Finance for the Global Business Unit Diagnostic X-Ray at Philips, where they have held multiple leadership roles since joining the company in 2013. Roel has also worked as a Business Change Manager and Project Manager at NXP Semiconductors, and has held positions in various financial capacities at organizations such as Fin, Ahrend, and Essent. They hold multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive Master of Finance & Control from TiasNimbas Business School and an MSc in Controlling from Nyenrode Business University.
