Yavuz Kabuk

Yavuz Kabuk has extensive experience in intellectual property and licensing, notably serving as Licensing Team Leader at Arcelik Group from June 2014 to January 2017, where management of valuation and licensing activities for a vast IP portfolio was key, overseeing 1500 patent families across multiple consumer electronics and appliances. Prior roles include Patent Engineer and Patent Specialist, focusing on patent applications, licensing processes, and infringement analyses. Earlier experience includes serving as Circuit Operations Responsible at Istanbul Park Organization, managing maintenance for the Formula 1 circuit. Currently, Yavuz holds multiple senior counsel roles at Philips, underscoring a strong background in IP law and technology management, supported by a Master’s Degree from Boğaziçi University and a Bachelor's Degree from Istanbul Technical University.
