Corey Johnson

Corey Johnson currently serves as a 2nd Grade Lead Teacher and has held various teaching positions at Phillips Brooks School since January 2021, including 1st Grade Co-Teacher and long-term substitute. Prior to this, Corey Johnson had a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force, occupying roles such as Veteran Service Officer, Senior Enlisted Leader, Chief Military Language Instructor, and Language Analyst, focusing on leadership, language instruction, and veteran outreach. Corey Johnson holds a Master of Education from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor's Degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with multiple associate degrees and certificates in Information Technology and Chinese Mandarin from various institutions, including the Defense Language Institute and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
