Maria Vera

Maria Vera is currently the Director of Special Services at Phillipsburg School District, where Maria has been working since August 2008. Prior to their current role, Maria was a Learning Disability Teacher Consultant at the same school district. Maria previously worked as a Special Education teacher at Montgomery Middle School from September 2004 to June 2008 and at Tuskawilla Middle School from September 2000 to June 2004. Maria holds a Master's degree in Education/Teaching of Individuals with Specific Learning Disabilities from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education from New Jersey City University.
