Dean Grabelle

Dean Grabelle is the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Philly Shipyard. Dean previously worked as Counsel for Faegre Drinker from September 1996 to May 2008, where they were part of the Corporate and Securities Group with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, business counseling, commercial lending, private equity and corporate finance.

Dean Grabelle earned their JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Public Policy Studies from Duke University.

Dean Grabelle reports to Steinar Nerbøvik, CEO. Dean Grabelle works with Michael Giantomaso - VP Human Resources, Robert Fitzpatrick - VP Production.
