Rafael Cuevas is an experienced design professional currently serving as Design Director and former Design Marketing Manager at Philo since June 2019. Cuevas has a solid background in managing multidisciplinary design teams, developing brand identities, and overseeing creative services. Prior positions include Design Director at Anki and Senior User Experience Designer at Zuberance, Inc., where leadership involved training and managing teams while ensuring visual consistency across platforms. Cuevas also holds experience in user experience design from Connect Art International and as a gallery manager at George Lawson Gallery. With a BA in Art (Graphic Design) and Psychology from Lewis & Clark College, along with educational experience as a teaching assistant at San Francisco State University, Cuevas brings a diverse skill set to the field of design.
