Alessandro Pieroni

Alessandro Pieroni has extensive work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. Alessandro began their career at Bayer Pharmaceuticals in 2005 as a Packaging Operator and later worked as a Quality Assurance Inspector, responsible for packaging inspections and quality control protocols. In 2007, they joined Novartis as an Expert Operator in the production of the Influenza Vaccine, where they were involved in the production process, sample collection, and environmental monitoring. Alessandro then joined Kedrion Biopharma as a Production Supervisor, overseeing the manufacturing of Plasminogen Bulk and managing production documentation and procedures. Alessandro also worked at Qualikos SRL and Istituto De Angeli in production and laboratory roles. Recently, they have held roles at Eli Lilly and Company and Philogen S.p.A., where they have contributed to insulin formulation and downstream support, and served as a Media buffer Operator. Throughout their career, Alessandro has gained experience in various laboratory techniques, quality assurance processes, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Alessandro Pieroni completed their education at the Liceo Linguistico G.Toniolo from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a diploma in lingue. In addition, they obtained a certification in patente per carrelli elevatori from S.A.L.T.U SRL in April 2019.
