Therese Jamora-Garceau

Therese Jamora-Garceau is an accomplished journalist and editor with extensive experience in lifestyle and beauty writing. Currently serving as the Assistant Lifestyle Editor at The Philippine STAR since April 1995, Therese writes the weekly column "Culture Vulture" and contributes to the editing and layout of various sections including "Business Life," "Fashion & Beauty," and "Food & Leisure." Previously, Therese held the position of President at Basic Beauty Philippines, Inc. from January 2009 to June 2013, focusing on product development and management. Earlier career experience includes working as a Caption Writer at WGBH, where Therese provided closed captioning for the deaf and hearing-impaired from January 1992 to February 1995. Therese holds a Master of Science degree in Journalism from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of the Philippines.
